We offer upfront advice and operate a “No Fix, No Fee” policy.

We can evaluate the device for you first, before a repair gets done on it. Once we have a repair cost for you, we will call you and get the go ahead on the repair. On some devices this is not always possible but we will advice you of this once we see your device and the issue it has on it.

Our warranty and what it covers
We offer a 90 Day Part Warranty on all of our repairs. Warranty covers the parts fitted. It does not cover physical damage. All repairs are carried out under strict ESD control. Read our T&C for more info on this

Parts & Stock Levels

Stock levels vary from time to time. If a particular item is out of stock, we will advise you on this and when we expect to have the item in stock for your repair. If it is a none standard part, we can order the part in for the repair & complete the repair when the part arrives to us. In some case’s we may ask for payment in full, before the part can be ordered in for your device. You will be advised of this before we go ahead with any repair.
